I have a client that is using Precision workstations, Windows 7 64bit and Revit Architecture 2011.
They have a client that is requiring Revit 2009
I am downloading 2009.1 64bit from the subscription center right now.
What I need to know is there any known issues with this configuration.
They will need to keep 2009 for the one client and 2011 for all other work.
Do I need to install 2009 first and then 2011
2011 is already installed.

Any suggestions or comments?

And before you say just use 2011, no we cannot. Its a big national client and they will not upgrade to current yet and as we all know the customer is always right.

I have this on my laptop - seems to be no problem at all and no "tricks" required

Oops - forgot to mention that the LAST version installed is what windows defaults to when double clicking on a rvt file..., so you may need to load 2009 and then 2011

You can always modify the default program later....but I had 2011 installed first and then installed 2009 later...

I have a couple of projects being constructed that I have to keep them in 2009 for the time being...and for the asbuilts later..
