I have the Honor (some say curse) of getting a seat of Revit 7 at work.... Any recommened books would be most helpful.
I have experience with Acad 12 thru 2005, Microstation V8 and a few 3D Piping packages....

Once you've done that the Cyril Verley(CDV Systems) books have a complete look at commercial or residential buildings.

Thanks....
I don't think CDV has the Residential Book, and I don't think they have plans to publish one. I am looking for a residential book that covers a project from foundation to finish. Anyone know of such book?
Thanks

You are correct. The first book is "all building types" the second "commercial". I was not clear on that earlier post.

Talked with Cyril's wife, as I was expecting the residential book to come out in December. Seems it will now come in a new format, combining residential and commercial, by Feb, 2005. This was to allow 7.0 information to be incorporated. I think the new format also includes some sort of subsrcription newletter to cover timely updates.
There is no mention of combining commercial & residential on the CDV web site. I am just wondering if they are just giving up on the residential?
