Aligning and Locking Ceiling Sketch Lines?

I continually hear it's good practice to limit your use of aligning and locking anything but is it acceptable when you're drawing a ceiling (or floor) by sketch to align and lock the sketch lines to the walls? I typically like to do things manually so I have some control over changes but this one seems like it could save some time. Thoughts?

Worst case the ceiling will break if moving walls around so no big deal.
Just be careful when using group, ceilings can get funky.

Why aren't you using the pick wall tool to create your ceilings? I always recommend using pick wall for floors, ceilings and roofs.

As Scott said, the pick walls tool is the way to go.
