What is the best way to add a bend in my pipe network which is linked to it's given alignment? My fear is completing an entire pipe network and having to make a last minute adjustment.

More specifically:

1. Do I need to adjust the alignment and redo the entire pipe network? Or is there a command that will allow the pipe network to automatically adjust to a new change in the alignment geometry? Correct me if I'm wrong but if the alignment is the only way to dictate bends/turns in the pipe, the alignment should be 100% accurate and complete before even using the pipe network settings. If that's the case I fear completeing the pipe network and if one change in geometry is required, I would basically need to restart the whole thing.

Make the changes to your alignment. Grip edit the structures to adjust the pipe network to fit. Add structures as needed for new bends. By grip editing only the structures, the pipe elevations will stay the same. Then you should only need minor adjustments to the profile.
