change elec distribution system and all equipment?

Is there a way to change a panels distribution system and the voltage specified in all the families which are connected to that panel at the same time?

I need to change a panel and all the equipment connected to it from 208v to 240v. I hate the idea of disconnecting everything ( or creating a new panel ), then changing all the families, then changing the distribution system on the panel, then re-circuiting all the equipment again individually.

Setting the voltage range of 208 to a maximum of 240 in electrical settings might work.
