How make this truss to look normally?

This is standard, they actually never look quite right at first.
What I do is install my first truss, you will need to unpin each web member individually, and drag it past the bottom (of the top chord) fully. And also for the bottom chord (top of the bottom chord). Once you have done that, use your cope tool (under modify) and then you can re-pin the webs. Be careful, as sometimes re-pinning them will reset them to default location and you will lose the cope, so do a test on one member to make sure it wont reset the length of the web to default.
Once you have one truss tidied up, use that one by copying it around, make sure you select the members individually, because if you just copy the family line around you will have to tidy each one individually. You can also use reference planes to cut your end members, for example sometimes I extend the top chord out to form an overhang, and trim the end off with a vertical reference plane to attach an eaves board across the face.
