We use this one and it works well, it will make a multiple page pdf by appending sheets.
cute pdf (http://www.cutepdf.com/products/cutepdf/writer.asp)

Although it isn't a printer, I made a tutorial for making PDFs from Revit.

Some of the settings with the Picture export should be altered to suit your needs.
Just another work-around.

I'm a big fan of Cutepdf. It's free and does the job well. Pdf995 works too except it bounces out to it's website at each print.

Ahh remember the old days when Revit had its own pdf writer? That was before the factory developed dwf. and dropped it. That goes back a few versions...

The native Revit PDF: Wasn't that the version that made pointy Ms and Ns out of rotated text?

:-):-):-)

Now that you mention it I do remember the pointy "M"s and "N"s

Seems to be the consensus.
We use Cute PDF for the onesie-twosie plots because it asks you for a file name.
We use PDF Creator for batch plots, and then Advanced Renamer to fix up the excessively long name.

My only regret is that they both ignore the file name/path you give it in Revit.
