Special Wall

I am wondering if I can create wall type that will show a broken line (future gyp bd by tenant) on one side and a solid line (gyp bd by landlord) on the other. Studs will always be by landlord so they will always be a solid line. I will also have walls where gyp bd will be by future tenant on both sides so I need a broken line on both sides.

I know that I can easily do this by changing the "linework". But it only works in THAT view, and if the wall moves or changes at all, then the linework reverts to default. I want the broken line to show in all views.

The only way to modify a wall layer is to change the Cut Line Style in Visibility/Graphics. But that's not going to achieve what you want.
Just so you know, if you use the Linework tool on an element, if you move it the linework wont changfe or stay behind.

I have done this by essentially using 2 walls and phasing, one existing with gwb and studs, another that was just 5/8" gwb.
