Is there a way that you can get a schedule to show different types of square footage calcs? I'm working on an apartment project and I need to show both the Net (to inside face of walls) and BOMA (to centerline of walls) square footage on the schedule.

I really hope I don't have to type in one of these number for the hundreds of units I have.

Its either or, you can do it to the centerline or face, or face of core. But not multiple ways. For BOMA you typically don't use rooms, you do an area plan. For Condo type projects each unit needs its own plan and the area boundary definition can be very tricky, IE back face of interior gyp. on some walls, face of glass, etc. so the automatic room objects cant do it for you.

Thanks Scott. I had a feeling this was the case. I guess having to type in one of the area calcs is better than doing it all. I just hope the client doesn't want to change the units a million times ;)
