After creating a pipe I've been getting the unable to run macro warning. What does this mean if anything?

It's a generic warning. Could mean that part of the pipe is running outside the area of your surface that it's assigned to, both ends of the pipe connect to the same structure, etc.

I realize this question was posted a long time ago, but are you still having this problem?

This error is generated due to custom structure and pipe rules created using an earlier release of C3D. The fix is quite simple.

In the ribbon, go to the "Modify" tab. On the "Design" menu, click the arrow at the bottom to expand the menu and click "Convert VBA Pipe and Structure Rules to .NET".

Should do the trick.
