3D ISO Views reverting to org orientation

We've got a model where cropped 3D views are reverting to their original orientation (they have been duplicated from previous views). I've audited the file, and the bug still persists. Anyone experience this behavior? Duplicate 3D View With Detailing, rotate duplicated view, close view, save, or re-open file, duplicated view reverts back to the same orientation as the original view. 3D views can't be dependent views, so this seems to be a bug.

Yes, it is a central file with users working in locals.

Would it be possible that you have people that were out of sync?

You didn't state what version of Revit you are working on, but once you get the view rotated to where you want it, right-click on the view Cube (typically in the upper right corner of the screen) and save the view. Then it will maintain that roatation. It will ask you for a new view name.
