Revit 2011 License Timeout - Working?

I've been reading/receiving conflicting information. Does the license timeout feature work as of Web Update 2 for Revit 2011?

I know that the timeout feature was broken in the 2010 release, but I am having a hard time finding a defnitive answer whether it was ever patched. Bottom line: we are testing the timeout with 1 license in a test environment and it's not behaving as expected. Before I go too much farther I just wanted to check whether it is supposed to work in the first place or if I am swimming upstream, so to peak.

Our top in-house AutoDesk support person says that he's only now with 2013, able to use the license timeout feature. He has it setup to time out after 10 minutes of AutoCad or Revit not being the top application.
