I created a ventilation schedule based on window schedule.
I managed to add the "Area of Window". What I need to do is to add the Total of "Area of Window" in each room, the add another calculation stating 30% of Total of "Area of Window". Need some help here. See attached image of my schedule.

Make sure Area has calculate totals checked in and that the schedule is sorted by room, and the footer has totals.

Thanks. Manage to do it. The "Room Area" was manual input. "Ventilation Required" is calculated value.
Then I realized, The room number only list the rooms with windows (this schedule was taken from window schedule). The Health Department here requires to list "ALL" the rooms in the ventilation schedule. My problem now is how to put those rooms without windows(see the jump in room numbers).

Jun, then I am afraid that you can only do that outside revit.
Try playing with rdblink and a database, where you can try to pass the windows area to a room parameter.
