OK, I've got an architect that is running a laptop with a second monitor. She has RAC 2011 on the 2nd monitor and at random intervals she'll lose her "hover" mode. Back in the Autocad days, we would have called it highlight.
Basically, when she hovers over something, normally it will turn purple and allow you to tab through a few times if there's more than one item there to make sure you get the one you want.
She can select the item and when she does hover, the little box pops up to tell her what the item is but, it won't turn purple letting her know what item she's looking at.
Right now, I've moved her revit back to her laptop screen thinking it might be a driver issue. It happened to her this morning and she restarted Revit before I could get over there.
Any ideas??
