Updates in Family editor but not in Project??

I have a very simple desk family with two ref lines that are controling the geometry in the family editor correctly but when I load it in to the project Side 1 width does not update Graphiclly but side 2 does???

Can anyone tell me if they see what I am missing??

neither side updates for me. you might want to align lock the sketch line to the angled ref lines and align lock the end sketch lines to the end point of the ref line at the least. it shows the ends locked to the something on the ref line but I can't tell what for sure. Whatever it is it's not right because it's broken.
