So it's the usual I'm new to Revit thing. I used the Template Metric Window - Curtain Wall to make my curtain wall because I wasn't sure what template to use. After I was done I loaded it into the project and I can't find it anywhere in the project. I looked under the Wall and Windows I thought maybe I messed up and it is just a component but that wasn't it either. I've made some family's before but this is the first time making a curtain wall(or any type of wall). If anyone could help that would be great. The Curtain wall resembles a french window

Curtain walls are walls, and are thus unlike other component families. You can draw one in a coupld of different ways.
Option 1: On the Home tab, select the Wall tool, and in the Type dropdown (at the top of the Properties palette), select the Curtain wall that you copied into your project.
Option 2: In the Project Browser, expand Families -> Walls -> Curtain Wall, then right-click on the curtain wall type you want and choose Create Instance.
I tend to go with the latter method, as I find trying to filter through the entire Type properties dropdown list a bit tedious, but I thought I'd offer both methods, in case you find one easier than the other.

Thanks, I have found my Curtain Wall Panel Type I created. Now I have a new question. I'm not sure if I created the curtain wall in the way Revit can use it. Right now when I try to draw a curtain wall with my "Fench Windows" I get a error say "Can't make type"French Windows"". Is there something I forgot to check or added to the family to draw it? What is the best way to create a custom Curtain Wall in Revit? I'm attaching a image of what I created in the Family Template

That's a panel type?
You probably have too many constraints....a panel wants to be flexible on all four sides...so if you constrain a width or height too much it wont work. Your best bet is to create a generic family, reclassify as a window then load into a curtain panel family...but you need to make sure that its totally flexible (instance) width and height...
If you need to have exact dimensions then creating a window family is your best course of action...

I guess the real question I have know is how would I create the image i have below in Revit. Its the exterior of a hotel that I need to replicate but I'm not sure how to do it.
Using the term curtain wall was misleading,I'm just use to the term being used to explain the exterior of large buildings.

You are on the right track Brian. The curtain wall tool is ideal for not just 'curtain wall' glazing but can be used for any gridded system.
As Michael suggested the panel family you have created may be over constrained. When you open the curtain panel template you are presented with four ref planes. These represent the four bounding curtain girds present in the curtain wall.
The panel will shrink or expand to fill the space bounded by the curtain grids. The trick to defining your curtain panel is to make sure that you don't define a parameter for the height and width of the panel (the stretch/shrink behavior of curtain panel families will take care of that automatically) you just define everything 'relative' to those bounding planes.

You guys were totally right I had some extrusion not attached to ref plane and a height put in. I got it to show up when I try to draw a curtain wall. Now the next step is to have it repeat itself. Right now when I draw one it just shows a single one, centered on the length of curtain wall I drew. How do I have it put multiple ones beside each other?

You can draw the individual grids or, if they are regularly spaced, define the vertical and horizontal divisions in the type properties of the curtain wall.
Each division creates a panel and that is what the curtain panel family populates.

And to add to Dimitri, you can also nest Curtain Walls :) very powerful.
