7.0 Area Calc

I am working on a project. I have identical spaces and I get different areas some by up to 4 sq ft.

Is anyone else having a problem with this?

Are you doing a rentable or gross building area plan?

You know large rooms, on an exerior wall include that wall thickness, given a long and thick wall it could be much greater than 4' different than an interior room when doing gross area calcs.

my fault... When I snap the boundary lines in the questionable units I had the foundation as a background on... block is 3 5/8" vs 3 1/2" for the frame above... it snapped to the foundation...
