Workplane alignment

I have created a workplane from reference place. but it's skewed, why would that be? It seems to work fine, but I'd prefer it was square to the model. Also, can you name a work plane? Thanks.

is your entry not aligned to the grid?
ive seen that before when the entry was @ an angle and the building behind was at that angle...
