We just upgraded our servers in our office and after doing that 2 of the 3 Revit stations have problems when trying to model anything in any of the current Projects. We had no previous problems with Revit with our previous systems. We have updated all the links to the folders where the families and projects are being saved. Anything you can think of or some possible solutions to this problem will be extremelly helpfull.

I assume these workstations are not in demo mode, I have seen this due to server change.
takes a few extra steps to get your network license working correct.
other issue could be worksharing problem. make sure they are not working off of old local copy.
may need to clean up local copies and start with fresh copy from central file.
did you re-build the central file after the server change..?

It happens with even new files and old files. Both Stations are slightly different in what they can and can't do. All Stations are on Standalone licening. We are on Windows 7 with highly recommened video cards and 12 gigs of RAM. We have complettely removed all Autodesk products and related files from the computers and still same problem every time. It doesnt make sense that 1 of the computers still works as if nothing has been changed but the other two just now have these problems.

What happens if they start a new model locally without worksharing enabled. Now do they work correctly?

Can you EXACTLY explain what works and what doesnt?
Are you able to open the file? DOes it crash at opening or when you insert an element?
That kind of stuff

Just a shot in the dark...Check your anti-virus software settings to make sure that the Revit folders / file types are not being blocked. When IT upgraded/changed the anti-virus software, we had issues.
Like what the previous people have posted..more info please! Also what version/flavor of Revit, etc?
