Curtain Wall Mullion Profile not loading

When i try to load the curtain wall mullions, i get the error that says the family is not of the correct catagory do you want to load a different family.

I have tried the profiles from the OOTB folder and have tried making my own mullions......what gives?

To create a mullions you need to load a profile. Once the profile is loaded you can then create a mullion by duplicating an existing one.
It's the same process for all system families.

In your project browser families list, find Curtain Wall Mullions, pick which shape mullion you want, right click and create a "New Type". Give it a name, then right click and select Type Properties. Here you can assign a profile, material, etc.

For example, I needed to create a batten curtain wall (ala: http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?88938-Barn-Siding-Board-amp-Batten), so I picked the Rectangular Mullion Family, Added "1x3 Wood Batten", assigned my recently created 1x3 wood trim profile, rotated it 90* and assigned its material to be wood. Works beautifully!
