Hi,
I seem to be having some problems while trying to combine two projects into a single file. My colleague has brought half of a newly proposed hospice (half is refurb and half new build) into the refurb file as a 'Revit Link' - the building is a group. The two buildings are not aligned - while trying to move the imported building into alignment I keep getting the warning:
"one or more references are or have become invalid"
It then talks about an element id which is not present in any of the files (see attached image) I then have to cancel out of this and the operation is stopped.
The two buildings do have different levels, I'm currently thinking that this may be the problem but am reticent to start removing the multiple levels from the new build file when so many of the walls etc are using these levels as guides. Can anybody help me!?!?!?!
Thanks in advance,
Tom
