Revision order on sheets

I cannot get the revisions on our sheets to go from top to bottom. (oldest at the top) We have Revit 2011, but I can't find any toggles or buttons which allow me to change the order. I also can't find the revision schedule as mentioned in the previous post. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can create your revision schedule in your titleblock family. Just click on View: Revision Schedule in your titleblock family. I sort by revision number ascending which puts the oldest revision on top.

You say you can't find the revision schedule, so I assume it is there but someone else created it. Check the titleblock family project browser for Views: Schedules: Revisions.

Appearance tab under Revision Properties....It has Build Schedule "Top-down" or "Bottom-up"....
