Assign Rebar to the Concrete Columns

I cannot assign rebar for the concrete columns as attached JPG after select the shape from Rebar Shape Browser and drag it to the column the ø symbol appear and nothing happened … Could you advise me

This may be a view range issue. Check to see if at least part of your column is within the view Primary Range.

Already I checked view range (attached) but still not working .. do you have another idea .
