As of 3/16/11, the USACE HQ will no longer mandate the use of Bentley on Centers of Standardization (COS) projects. New RFPs will require either Revit or Bentley. The desision to use one or the other will be made at the project level.

While I would have rather have had software neutrality in the RPF to allow each company to use the tool that works best for them, at least there is a better chance that Revit will be allowed on COS projects now.

Hooray. Where can I find more information about this change to the COS RFP?

If you really want to hear it from the horse's mouth, and you are going to AU....this is the session to attend and get all your questions answered.
