Leader text

is there any way to create leader text notes from a device for instance, like the autocad leader.

Text-->add leader (specify the leader type within the type props)

You can create a tag to link to a parameter (comments for example) or you can just use text notes. Text notes is the easiest, but least Bim'ish. Select a text note and then on your ribbon go to the leader properties to add a leader per your desire.
