Key Note Sorting

We have created a custom keynote file for demolition/ reconstruction work. The file is organized by assembly. For example the"DO.xx" designation refers to demolition of openings; "DF.xx" for demolition of flooring; DC ceilings and so on. In my keynote legend I want to organize these with a heading (ie. DEMO OPENINGS). My .txt file is sorted this way, but I see no way to do this through the keynote tag or the legend. What am I missing? Neither the keynote family or the legend allow me to add additional parameters.

filter by key value and have several legends ? (one legend for each subgroup eg DC). I dont think you can achieve it all in the one legend.
