I have an Excel Table that I am inserting into Autocad, with the print area set to the area of the table to be inserted. I then highlight the same area and copy and paste it into AutoCAD. Why does it bring part of the next column in with it (more than what I copied, expected)? any thoughts? Please forward a response also to dallen@newcenturyeng.com as I need an answer for this at work asap. Thanks

I've not seen that, but.... how are you pasting the excel data? my generic suggestion is to use the Paste-Special as AutoCAD entities. That will give you and AutoCAD TABLE entity, and you can easilty delete extraneous rows.

Thank you for quick response. I ended up restarting AutoCAD which corrected the issue. Why that had to happen is what the programmers at AutoDesk need to figure out.
