Uneditable Viewport

I have this one sheet file where I am unable to edit the viewport, ie make the window bigger or smaller. I have always set my viewports to defpoints, which is how this one is also set up.

Any thoughts?

Has the viewport layer (ie. defpoints in your case) been locked?
If so, unlock it.

Do you have layer 0 locked or turned off? This will cause this issue.

FYI: Nothing should be put on the defpoints layer. This is a special layer that can cause strange effects on a drawing. You can easily make a viewport layer and set it to not to plot. Giving you the same effect you are wanting with defpoints.
