Modifying Default Label Text

Is there a way to modify the default label text?
Currently in my titleblock for Scale label. when i bring it into the project and have multiple scales, it shows as "As Indicated". I was wondering if there is any way of changing this default "As Indicated" text to a different text like... "As Noted" ?

Please let me know if this is possible to change and if so, how?

If the label is in the titleblock just go into the titleblock family click that label, and where it says edit label on the tab, if you go in there and change the sample value of that label it should change it as desired.

it's hardcoded so you cannot change from "As indicated" to "As noted", isn't it?

Yes I was actually referring to the hardcoded "As Indicated".
Is there a way to modify that? or Revit will not let you? it seems you cannot change hardcoded items.
