I have a 3d piping model that I have created using mostly Autocad 2010 solids and some Cadworx 2010 piping. I get an occasional error upon opening that says "Modelling operation error: Missing integer in restore file" I then have to find an Autosave .bak file, rename it and continue along. Any thoughts? I was saving only to our server but tried last night to also save to my Desktop - this morning both files (server and desktop) were corrupt. Lot's of frustration here today!

Its possible for automation in AutoCAD to create solids that AutoCAD can't handle well. I've had it done (with CADWorx), where a client wanted bends in the pipe as installed. Running the pipe over the spline resulted in a cylinder that "broke" AutoCAD 2008 when XREF'd. I think there was a mention on the CADWorx discussion groups about reducers generating a similar problem as well with earlier versions of CADWorx 2010.

Quarter and search the model until you can isolate the objects which cause the problem then find a way to redo them.

AutoCAD 2011 seems to handle this type of problem better.
