I have a slab (Mat, Raft) foundation of different thicknesses (thickened under walls), how can I model that foundation in Revit structure with all parameters
thanks in advance

I use floor slab then add pan joist as ribs.
you can turn off edge slope of pan to use as edge rib.
the lines at intersections clean up if you are using hidden view setting.
you can set pan joist slab depth, width, and depth as needed.

thanks dmahan
I have seen other solution that is easy for mass details production
it is like subtracting volumes from generic model (or some thing like that)
I have encountered with another sticky problem
the non-uniform blinding concrete (Plain concrete) - photo attached
any contributions will be highly recognized

I use a combination of slab edge and for the middle one a beam family.

how do you percieve the connection between the beam and slab foundation

the easiest way found, is to model a componenet (in-place family) by solids and voids
but the new dilemma is how to have its parameter in element proporties like a system foundation
