Double clicking a level head takes you to an RCP

In a file I'm working in, if you double click the level head while in elevation or section views you go to the RCP for the Level rather than the floor plan. This may be a problem with this one file - anyone else had this problem?

You must not have a floor plan view of that level created only an rcp view of that level, or you at one point deleted the floor plan view and left the rcp. If you create a new floor plan view of the level it should go to it. YOu may have to delete the rcp but I don't think so.
