Recently, every time I go to save changes to a drawing my program crashes. Any ideas?

Thank you, it is getting very frustrating to say the least.

Can you try 'wblocking' what you have in the drawing, saving it, then opening the block you created as your new drawing, and just reinsert your titleblock, and/or copyclip whatever other information you have remaining in the original?

I understand that doesn't solve the issue as to why the drawing crashes, but it might provide a workaround.

I cannot write a block either without it freezing

Have you tried any of the following?
"Save as",
"Purge",
"Recover" or
"Audit"

yes...if I try to type save into the command line I have the same result.
I have also tried to uninstall and the reinstall the program, it worked for one set of drawings then the same problem started happening again.

Don't try to enter anything in the command prompt.
Try the one in File tab, "Recover", for instance.
