ACAD 2012 Express tools

Express tools wont seem to load, there isn't a prompt on installation either. Anyone else had the problem and know how to solve. The F1 button says use add and remove programs in the control panle but it's not listed.

Put the dvd in the drive. Go to add/remove (or uninstall) programs. Pick autocad and select "add or remove features" in the autocad pop-up. Check Express Tools.

It was a download, there doesn't seem to be an option to add it. I can't even find the .cuix file when I do a search

Is there a "repair" option? I'd be surprised if the ETs aren't somewhere in there.

No there is no repair option either. I'm sure it's linked to this structural detailing I have to download, it was full of bugs last year I was hoping they would hvae fixed them but ti seems not. At least express tools was on the last one.
I don't why I cant just get an Autocad download. I have submitted a support request.

Sorted and I feel stupid now.

I got the hump and decided to unistall and reinstall, went to add remove programs, remove Autodesk detailing and then the repair option comes up.

Will it cost more to get a disc?

I don't think so no but you have to request it. They just send a link to my download. Becasue it's a revit structure suite license we dont' get the autocad download, just the Revit and this structural detailing which includes regular autocad but it is rife with problems. If I plot in any format to any printer the next time I close a drawing Autocad crashes shutting all drawings without an option to save. This past year has been awfully frustrating.
Hopefully some of the bugs have been fixed. If I want a disc I have to go into the subscription site and request it.
