Manual Section Cut

I need to show a simple cabinet section but it is customized so I drew it on a Detail View with Detail Lines.

In the elevation view of this cabinet, I added a "building section" but checked off "reference other view" and selected the detail view where my section is located. The only problem I have with this procedure is that, in addition to the detail number and sheet number, the word "sim" is being added to the reference. This is not a similar cut, it is THE cut. How do I remove "sim"?

If I have to use a masking region, so be it.

Select the "building section" you created. edit type. under the Reference Label remove all the text.

I was SO CLOSE. Before posting this subject, I had selected the bubble, went to edit the text, deleted "SIM" but nothing changed. It was a very subtle difference that I had to select the section LINE not the bubble. Thanks for that answer.
