dimensioning circles

Hi

Does anyone know why, when moving objects that have linear dimensions to a circle centre, does the circle end of the dimension shoot off some place else?

I have only noticed this with 2010

Assuming objects and dimensions are all in modelspace, if you are moving the circle select it with a crossing window that includes the centre of the circle (and the dimension node).
