Cloumn Modeling...?

if i want to start my model form Autocad Architectural floor Plane but most of columns in this Autocad Plane is Shifted From grids intersection ..my questions is what the easiest and fasted way to place this columns in my model i tried two methods .... placing the same grids in architectural Plane and use temporary dimension to reposition ...but it take a lot of time ......or ... in autocad file i place custom grids in column intersections then pick this grids in revit and place my columns ....is there are any ideas or methods for this problem like snap rivet column to autocad linked file ....

If I were you I would set up reference planes at these column intersections, this will make placing your columns much easier.
