Is it possible to export a revit model into Google Earth? And if so can someone give me some instructions on how to accomplish this.
Thanks.

You need to download the Google Earth Plugin from autodesk or avatech. Both companies have one.

You have to be an autodesk subscriber to use the plug in. I'm not a subscriber. Is than another way to accomplish this?

Export the model to DWG then bring it into SketchUp....

Then what do you do after it's in Sketch up? I've only used sketch up once, about 2 years ago.

You can preview the model in Google Earth.....then you can export the model in KMZ format

Google has tutorials on how to import models into Google Earth...

Sketch Up won't let me import the DWG file in. Do I need to save it as a different file type from Revit?

Avatech's plug in is free. Just use theirs.

Ya I just installed the free Pro Version of SketchUp and got my Revit model into Google Earth. I don't know enough about SketchUp though. My models are all solid white. Can sketchup add rendered type models?
