I work for an MEP firm and the Arcthitect we are working with sent over their file for us to LINK into our model.

They created where the want the roof drains to be with model/detail lines in their model now the problem is the file we have linked into ours wont show the line work. I check everything in VG both in the Arc model and ours but everything seems to be on....

question is how can i get their line work to show in their model when i link it in.

I attached two screen shots...one is the MEP (with no line work) and the other is the Arc (with the line work)..

Please Help!

Visibility Graphics....Revit Links....Basics Tab....change to Custom....

Where it says Linked View: <none> you have to change to the view they have the detail lines on...

I use this in some of my views for my linked structural models so I can see what the callouts are...

So i did like you said and as you can see my new screen shot there is no views...do you know why.
