Right now we detach the central model and make a new one somewhere in the archive area and copy all the Links to the Archive area as well like DWG's and other Revit consultants links. Then we go into that new Archive project and Reload From all the links to change them to the Archive files.
Is that the best way because it is time consuming and then people like to change the folder structure thus the links will be not found.
