Our firm is working on the interiors portion of a workshared project via remote desktop with an office in another city. We haven’t started working in this file yet, but the other office has been sending us their latest files on a weekly basis. We have been testing some layouts and design options in these files and don’t want to lose our work.
Does anyone have a good suggestion on how to transfer our work from the files we have been working on to the actual file? Should we make our work into model groups and then insert the groups into the actual model or is there a better way? Is there a way to get the model groups to insert into the model in the correct position in the project?
