Symbols show beyond crop region

This is the first project that would not fit on my standard sheet. I have finished the Con Doc's & when divide the building into Viewports everything is fine except all of the symbols beyond the crop region show up as well as the ones I want to show. Is there a fix for this?

I believe that there are two ways you can go about fixing this:
- You can individually hide annotations by right clicking on them and selecting "Hide Annotation in View"
- Create a "Scope Box" from the drafting menu around the area in which you wish annotations to appear.
