Has anyone else encountered this "bug"?
I am working on some SD's and I noticed something funny with Revit in regards to scheduling. I have worked out a plan complete with room names and numbers placed into it. I would like to show something to the owner where he could see just the rooms and the areas for now. Our pre-loaded template already has a room finish schedule loaded into it which began filling in as expected.. However, when I went to create the second room schedule with room name, number, and area only, it did not fill in. I found this a little odd, because I knew from looking at the finish schedule all rooms were bounded and drawn correctly. As a process of elimination, I added the area field to the finish schedule to see if it worked...and it did. I then thought that maybe Revit did not like the fact that I was trying to schedule the same room twice, so I erased both schedules and remade the room schedule showing only the room name, number, and area....sure enough it worked.
For some reason Revit does not seem to allow the same information to be scheduled twice. Is this just a bug that needs addressing, or did I do something incorrect?
