Transparent filled regions .... Uhh huh

Has anyone else ever have this problem? Is there a way around it?

Not sure exactly what you're asking...but filled regions patterns can be set to either transparent or opaque in the properties dialog box.

What im saying is these regions are set to transparent and this is happening. Do we know why?

If your using invisible lines for your fill pattern it will overwrite anything below it....offset it a little bit to allow the beams to show through or split up the boundary line and change the line weight to the same as the beam....
