If you have full AutoCAD (not LT), you have all the tools you need.
Google "acad rendering tutorials".

The Benny Box tutorials were fantastic. They are prompt and tactful, and each video has full Java and C++ source code available on GitHub. He also has a slew of other tutorials. The only issue I see is that the videos are only in Java, so C++ support is limited. Of course, OpenGL and Java information translates easily to any 3D library and programming language.

To learn rendering, you will need 3D rendering software. Some popular options are:

Blender: a free and open-source 3D creation suite that includes a powerful rendering engine.
Autodesk 3ds Max: a professional 3D modeling and rendering software.
Autodesk Maya: a software used for 3D animation, modeling, simulation, and rendering.
Cinema 4D: a professional 3D modeling, animation, and rendering software.
As for books and resources, some options are:

"Rendering in SketchUp: From Modeling to Presentation for Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Interior Design" by Daniel Tal
"Architectural Rendering with 3ds Max and V-Ray: Photorealistic Visualization" by Markus Kuhlo and Enrico Eggert
"Rendering with AutoCAD" by David Cohn
There are also many online tutorials and courses available, both free and paid, that can teach you how to use rendering software. Good luck with your learning!
