How to create many descriptions for a bar?

Sorry, i'm not good at English, please ignore my mistakes. I want to create many description for a bar, please see the picture.

When i change the diameter of one description, i want the remaning descriptions update automatically.

I think you just can't do that with the official's tools.

Maybe using some tricks... for example, duplicating the bar... and setting the duplicated bar's description not active so it doesn't appear in tables... with double quantity.
