PLEASE HELP! my copy of 2010 has recently started to act up. I can open a dwg but cannot overwrite the file to save it to a new path. The 'Save As' buttom crashes the program. Also, I cannot have more than one drawing open without the program becoming unresponsive. The drawing file sizes are not large nor have a tremendous amount of detail in them to cause freezing in the program,

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the program but that did not help.

If anyone has a solution please let me know because this is getting very annoying. I have never had an issue with this machine in the past.

Try getting rid of Norton 360, I used to have endless problems with Norton Programs. Find Another Anti-virus program.

Hope this helps

You nailed it! Recently I upgraded to Norton 360 and that is when I started having an issue with my program. I got norton to take remote control of my computer and they patched in a code to make everything work properly again. thank you so much for the suggestion!
