Surface bars splices loactions

Gentlemen:
in autodesk structural program,
the default program distribution for surface (slab for example) is based on the maximum bar length , accordingly the bar splice may be located at areas not recommend by codes ( for example , the splice of bottom bars may be located at midspan of slab ).
is there any option to control the splice locations.

Hi Sayattia
You have three options to control lapsplice location:
1. By changing Lmax value
2. Using 3 buttons for lapsplice location on Reinforcement Lap tab
3. Graphically – select bar distribution and drag lapsplice grip wherever you want.
