Is this possible in Revit

Hi,

I need to know if if possible in Revit to create a family that can cut a hole in a wall. I don't want to create a in-place family because i will need the family to have deferents sizes.

i'm assuming it's cause you need it to be scheduled?
otherwise there's the Opening tool (Home Tab > Opening > Wall
or you could even edit the profile. there's pros and cons to all methods really.
