anchored panes adjustable delay?

On both sides of my Acad-window are anchored panes that appear immediately when the pointer rolls over.

Is there a setvar that lets me adjust a certain delaytime to the appearance of these panes?
And the delaytime for them to collapse?

They just show up much too often, and I'm waiting far too long before my drawing underneath shows up again.

This little program does excactly what I was looking for!

Hopefully they build this functionality in AutoCAD in the near future!
